The range of immersive experiences is vast and it doesn’t help that immersive is now a buzzword that gets slapped onto anything. We explored many forms in our other article The many Faces of Immersion. To reduce the scope of the website we decided to focus our attention on immersive theatre. However, there are a lot of productions that blur the line, and the one category that feels very close is the one for immersive exhibitions. Here, we want to list projects that we consider immersive exhibitions instead of theatre. If you have more, feel free to share them and we will add them to the list. We are not listing those in our calendar as it will get too crowded.
